Cancellation & Refund Policy

At CAKE, every order is made specifically for your event and begins planning, sourcing, and production shortly after your order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled at any time are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If client cancels before the event date, all payments are forfeited. 

Custom Dessert Packages

Custom dessert packages, event displays, installations, and specialty orders are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-refundable once order has been placed.

Ready-to-Order Cakes

Ready-to-Order Cake purchases are non-refundable once an order has been placed. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Event Date Changes

Requests to reschedule an order are subject to availability and must be approved by CAKE. We cannot guarantee availability for alternate dates.

Delivery & Pickup

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. CAKE is not responsible for delays or damages that occur after an order has been picked up by the client or released to a third-party courier service, including Uber Courier or similar delivery providers.

Product Quality

If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours and include photographs of the product. We are committed to providing exceptional service and will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Weather, Venue, and Event Conditions

CAKE is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or pickup due to weather conditions, venue conditions, improper storage, transportation by the client, or handling by third parties.
